Currently, we are looking for a dynamic, positive and self-driven person to work on the position of SALES REPRESENTATIVE He/She will be a main contact for assigned accounts and will also be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term company customers by comprehending their requirements, consulting and advising them on company product portfolio, following-up customers orders, coordinating workflow between internal departments to ensure that all customers` needs are met.

Job Responsibilities

Actively engage with prospects and generate beneficial leads in B2B environment

Develop solid relationships with the entrusted accounts by networking and active communication with people in each level of their organisations for ensuring customer satisfaction

Execute negotiations and sales closuPrepare offers, gather orders and follow-up orders

Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements

Work proactively on selling, up-selling and cross-selling all products of company portfolio

Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner

Serve as the link of communication between customers and our internal teams

Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

Maintain data and information relevant to accounts in CRM for conducting analyses that influence account-specific decisions and sales strategies

Analyze data, performance and customer experience trends to develop and implement best sales practice and maximize revenue of every account

Provide weekly reports on market feedback

Ensure all KPI are met on monthly basis

Driving revenue growth via customer success and superior customer experience

Travelling  - 50-90 % of the time

When necessary, support marketing efforts such as product presentations, customer events, exhibits etc

Requirements

 

Bachelor’s or Master's Degree, preferably in Business administration, Economics, Commerce or relevant field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building trustful relationships and partnerships

Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills

Good calculation and analytical skills

Well-organized, accountable person

Target-oriented with focus on customers

Proactive and self-motivated person

Quick learner with natural curiosity and a “can-do” attitude

Fluent English: B1-C1 level

MS Office knowledge

Clear Driving License, Cat.B

Preferable

Experience in sales and customer satisfaction, preferably in B2B industry

Experience in business development and account management

Experience in paper, printing, office, advertising industry

Ability to look at situations from multiple perspectives, analyse and assess data with a view to improve or provide solution of a complex problem

Experience in working in international environment

Professional team-player

Experience with ERP/SAP, CRM systems
